The Desert Communities Employer Advisory Council (EAC) is a nonprofit, volunteer-led organization committed to supporting local employers and strengthening workforce success throughout the region. We provide practical resources that help businesses stay informed, compliant, and connected in today’s constantly evolving workplace environment.

We host low-cost, timely seminars that focus on:

• Workforce development and talent strategies

• Human resources best practices

We also keep employers informed about pending legislation and regulatory changes that may affect their operations or workforce planning.
