Welcome to the Desert Communities Employer Advisory Council (DCEAC) website! The DCEAC is comprised of private and public sector employers collaborating with the local business community in the Coachella Valley, Palo Verde Valley, and Morongo Basin. Our goal is to strengthen connections within the community and provide ongoing educational resources to our members and the public.
